Shipping policy

All kurated kloset orders are carefully packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

PROCESSING

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. During particularly busy periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where applicable.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Australian orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally to selected destinations. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged by kurated kloset.

Please be aware that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

DESIGNER & HIGH-VALUE ORDERS

Designer and high-value pieces may be shipped with additional tracking, insurance and/or signature-on-delivery requirements where appropriate. This helps ensure your purchase reaches you securely.

DELIVERY

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
