Refund policy

Due to the unique, one-off nature of our curated vintage and pre-owned pieces, kurated kloset does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit or sizing, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

We carefully photograph, measure and describe each piece, including any notable signs of wear. As vintage and pre-owned items have lived a life before reaching you, minor signs of age and wear may be present and form part of their individual character. Please review all product images, measurements, condition notes and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under applicable law, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

AUTHENTICITY

All designer pieces sold by kurated kloset are carefully sourced and guaranteed authentic. If a designer item purchased from us is determined to be inauthentic, you will be entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Authenticity Guarantee.

RETURN CONDITION

Where a return is accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with any kurated kloset tags or authentication materials still attached or included.
