Every designer item offered by kurated kloset is carefully sourced and assessed for authenticity before being made available for sale.
Where applicable, additional third-party authentication documentation may be included with an item. Any authentication certificates or documentation included with a particular piece will be stated on its individual product page.
We stand behind the authenticity of the designer pieces we sell and offer a lifetime authenticity guarantee.
IF AN ITEM IS FOUND TO BE INAUTHENTIC
In the unlikely event that a designer item purchased from kurated kloset is determined to be inauthentic, please contact us with your order details and supporting evidence.
Once the claim has been assessed and the item is confirmed to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price and reasonable return shipping costs.
The item must be returned to kurated kloset before the refund is completed unless otherwise agreed.
VINTAGE & PRE-OWNED DESIGNER PIECES
Many pieces sold by kurated kloset are vintage or pre-owned. Packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, receipts and other original accessories may therefore not always be available.
The absence of original packaging or documentation does not by itself indicate that an item is inauthentic. Any accessories or authentication documentation included with an item will be disclosed in its individual listing.
